If the cancellation was made 72 hours before the appointed removals date then no cancellation charge will apply.
However, if the cancellation was made within 48 of the removal dates, then the Two-hour (plus VAT) cancellation fee charge will apply.
The deposit will not be refunded and once it is paid you have to agree to our Terms and Conditions.

To prevent any hassle, you are requested to deposit GOODS IN TRANSIT CHARGE OF £45.00 +VAT in advance. After you submit the deposit, we will believe that you are accepting the terms and conditions of our contractual services to you
GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE
Cover refers to the transportation of your goods on our vehicle. Your goods are only covered on the event of vehicle collision and fire . We mean that your items on board our vehicle should encounter a collision on impact of a third party vehicle causing damages to the carriage box of the vehicle and a result of total loss occurs is a valid claim. Any items assumed damaged whilst on transportation without impact is not a valid claim.
Wear and tear on transportation without proper packaging is not a valid claim .
Your items should be insured independently by your own personal insurance company. Whilst great care is taken on transportation of goods to your home . We face obstacles such as small passage ways dog leg stair cases up height restriction for over sized items unable to deliver to desired locations in the home and minor friction damages are not a valid claim . We accept no responsibility on such circumstances. Should you wish to transport such items from one home to another IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT the items you wish us to transport will accommodate entrance and clear passage way .
Any claims on antique or recycled furniture should be insured by your home insurance.
Chip board furniture self built and assembled such as self assembled We do not take any responsibility for.
Any electronic items such as TV microwaves. Fridge freezer washing machines should be insured on your own home policy.
Mirror and glass frames should be packed for transportation improper packaging is clients own risk . This comes under your own personal insurance.
Normal Wear & Tear and Handling Damage:
Alleged damage to any items/goods is frequently found, on inspection, to be wear and tear. Please note that items are suspected to be damaged despite due care being taken during loading, handling, stowing, storing, discharge, and terminal operations. Carriers shall not accept such wear and tear and such “handling damage” as a valid claim.
It is our responsibility to deliver your goods to you or produce them for your collection, undamaged. By “undamaged” we mean that we were contracted for a packing service and have undertaken the responsibility to pack your goods, so in the same conditions as they were in at the time when they were packed by our workforce, we will not be liable for any damages before, during and after transportation due to the insufficient or improper packing for goods by the client. This also includes any goods in wardrobes, drawers, or appliances, or in a package, bundle, carton, case or another container not both packed and unpacked by us. Also, loss of or damage to china, glassware, and fragile items unless they have been both professionally packed by us or our subcontractor.
It is your responsibility to ensure your items/goods are covered by purchasing our premium insurance which covers up to £50,000 worth of goods. Please note that if you do not purchase our GIT insurance cover then goods are not covered and likewise you will be responsible for the goods.
Once the deposit has been paid, the remaining payment is to be paid into our holding account, “Home Moving Company Please note that full payment is required before fully offloading your items at the destination.
Time Slot- we always give a 3- hour time slot for arrival. The reason is as this cloud varies due to previous job commitments and other unforeseen circumstances on the day. Please be patient if you do expect delays from our side and be rest assured that we will arrive, as we honor the job.
